Free basic mug customization is included for the pregnancy reveal mugs, and any EST date mugs plus the custom couple mugs available in the store. If your customization requires a reworking of the original design then I charge a small customization fee of $5, however minor text changes are just an additional $3. Please request a custom order by clicking on the link underneath the photo section on the item's listing page.

I do not create custom design mockups until after the item has been purchased. Please contact me if you have any questions about your custom mug design :)

Longer answer:
Each mug available in my shop is printed upon purchase, which is why processing can take 3-6 business days before shipping. My printer offers a 1 business day express production option for $20 (per mug).

There are a few faster shipping options:
USPS Priority (2-3 biz days after printing) - $9.65*
USPS Overnight ( 1 biz day after printing) - $33.81*

*shipping rates may vary, please convo me for your exact rates. These rates are for one mug & don't include the cost of the mug itself.

If you'd still like your mug in a hurry please request a custom order (under the photos on the item's page) & include your shipping speed preference + your address (for a custom shipping quote).

No it doesn't. The packing sheet just lists the items ordered. If you choose to include a free custom message for your gift recipient then that will also be printed on the packing slip.

To provide the fastest service to my customers all mug order designs are generally sent to my printer within 1 hour of their purchase. Unfortunately once the designs are sent to the printer it's too late to make revisions to the design or cancellations to the order.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or revise your order. If the design has NOT been sent to the printer already I may be able to cancel or revise your order for you.

Unfortunately I don't have the ability to go any larger than my current size offering of 11x17 at this time. Sorry!

Also, in the past some customers have punched holes in their magnetic planners in order to hang them from hooks or they've placed command strips on the back. Please contact me if you have any questions!

Unless otherwise noted, all of our orders are shipped via USPS & can be tracked with the tracking info provided to you once your item has shipped. Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid your package becoming undeliverable or returned to sender, as there will be an additional cost to reship the item. In the very rare situation that your package has been marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office as soon as possible so they can track down who delivered the package & where it was delivered.
